Does a UBO have its own EIN number?

How does the trust purchase assests and aquire credit on its own without attaching to you personally or your social security number?

[DISCLAIMER: What I write is my opinion and is not legal advice.] A trust can have an EIN if it so chooses. The IRS will gladly give you one for the asking!

A ubo trust is just like any other legal or ficticious entity. It can buy, sell, etc. just like you. Hence it establishes it's own credit just like you might do.
