Thanks Dale for the good reference, it makes me see it more clearly.
what I am thinking is magnetic attraction is not like a bar-magnet but determines the force within the atomole;velocity into sonity or higher more compact densification of any object from force to matter:
matter is force in bondage;
force is freed matter

Wheeler and Feynman were wrestling with the mechanics of propagation. Looking at it from standard model view propagation is pretty near impossible. For instance, the standard model of current flow says electrons propagate along a wire. Keely says electrons do not flow but there is a disturbance that does propagate - electricity then is an effect of this flow.

I assume that this vibration is picked up by the tubes on the supports and the sphere. I told my friend about the Dynasphere producing a vibration which women find attractive.

DP: Yes, women are especially sensitive to the higher vibrations surrounding the dynaspheres. Those who do not feel this field can be taught to feel it.

I'd like to see one of them working and feel it for myself.

How much do you want for a set of plans?

DP: Why release plans that few will be able to reproduce and that will certainly disappoint? We do not wish to release plans until they actually work as people expect. When we get the bugs worked out and the theory pretty well nailed down it will all be released. We don't need any more failures out there in the so-called Free Energy or New Energy community.
